PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Pay in Full: Save more money by paying in full at sign up. Bank your Total Botox each year and use as preferred. (If Bank runs out before the year, all additional units will cost current price per unit). Only in office.
2. Half/Half: Pay Half the total amount at initial visit and pay remaining balance by the second. (First treatment only allows 1/3 total yearly Botox. When Balance paid off, can use Botox as preferred). Only in office.
3. Monthly Card Payment: Start Botox treatments after 4th monthly payment with active card on file. Can only use 1/3 of Total Botox per year per treatment. (Recommended Treatments every 4 months,3 treatments per year). Website.
Tier 1
– Pay In Full: $440. Botox Bank 60u per year. (Save $40).
– Half/Half: $240 at first treatment for 20u Botox. Remaining balance due by second Botox treatment, Bank 40u Botox for year.
– Monthly Card Payment: $40.
